At Jannat Arts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on the “cancel order” option against the order number that you want to cancel.
  2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.

⚠️ Important:

For Made-to-Order Products, production begins after 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order moves into the “Working” stage (i.e., after the initial 24-hour period), cancellation is no longer possible.

If you wish to cancel a Made-to-Order Products, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for customized or altered items.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please email us at [your email address] with your order number, reason for return, and photographs (if applicable).
  • Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for size-related issues or in case of a defective/damaged product.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on sale/discount, customized orders, or pashmina products due to their delicate nature are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
